Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026. Provided by Houjun Co., Ltd.

  1. The service. QuietRepo lets AI apps save notes to, and search notes in, a GitHub repository you connect. It is provided free of charge, as is, and may change or stop.
  2. Your content. Your notes are yours and live in your repository. You are responsible for what you save and for keeping the repository private if it contains private information.
  3. Your accounts. You need your own GitHub account and AI app account and must follow their terms. Revoking QuietRepo's access in GitHub or in the AI app stops the service for you.
  4. Acceptable use. Do not use QuietRepo to break the law, to access repositories you are not allowed to access, or to disrupt the service.
  5. No warranty. QuietRepo is provided without warranties of any kind. AI apps can misremember or misread notes; check important information against the linked source.
  6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Houjun Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data; keep your repository backed up.
  7. Privacy. See the privacy policy.
