This policy covers the company pages of houjun.dev, run by Houjun Co., Ltd. (株式会社豊順, “we”). Each of our apps and tools has its own privacy policy on its own page; this one does not replace them.

What this site collects

These pages have no forms, no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. They load no fonts, scripts or embeds from other companies.

Server logs

Like any website, the servers of our hosting provider record standard access logs — such as IP address, time, the page requested and browser type — in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use them only for that purpose.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply and to handle your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the provider that hosts our email, or where the law requires it. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry and for our business records.

Your rights

Under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and similar laws in other countries where they apply, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. Write to support@houjun.dev.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
