Cherry Lab is a specialty coffee roastery and café in Asakusa, Tokyo, operated by Houjun Co., Ltd. We would like to open Cherry Lab outside Japan — together with people who care about the cup as much as we do.
Not a menu. A cup.
Every café has espresso and a latte. What we have built is a product system around one thing: a cup that wins people over.
We source from top producers and champion estates, roast every coffee to order, and brew it with a judgement that does not fit in a manual. That is why Cherry Lab is not copied from a handbook. It is learned, and it is kept.
